i just wanted to know if a canon rebel 2000 ( or 2002) i don't remember which one i saw but is it good ?

I dont think you will find the film camera review there.

The rebel 2000 is one of the lower end canons. I use an A2 and love it. I think it was replaced by the Elan(not positive). I think you can get a used A2 for the close to the price of a new rebel 2000.

I'm sure the rebel will take good photos. Camera bodies are overrated(as long as they have the options you want). Lenses are underrated but over priced(good ones) IMO

I think it was the EOS 3 that replaced the A2.

The only thing that I've seen as a drawback to the Rebel is that the lense mount is plastic (at least it was). Maybe the new ones now have a metal lense mount.

If you don't intend to change lenses very often this may not be an issue.
