does the Canon PowerShot A510 can record videos WITH sound?

Yes, it does record with sound. You can also attach audio "notes" to you still pics.

& how the audio notes are saved? inside the jpg??? :-) or as a wav near the jpg?
where can i find 320x240 video samples? (not 640X240)

| Audio annotations are usually saved as some kind of linked AVI file. A great many digital cameras will do them. If you go to the Canon site, you should be able to download the manual for almost any of their cameras in which you might be interested (PDF/Acrobat format). |
