Finally started working thru some vacation photos...here's a couple.

Personally, I think they're a little dark. Obviously, that's the look you were going for, but I feel like I am missing out on some great details. |

Thanks - You're right about the approach. These were in a little sideshow type "museum" in an upstairs loft of a store with no lighting except for some natural light coming thru the dirty windows. Using on-board camera flash wasn't going to cut it, so I went for the highlighted profile look using natural light. Another factor was the amount of clutter around them.

Nicely done with how much light you did have going for you. It is rough trying to get just enough light in those situations. |
