I've just seen some of his aftermath shots from iraq - including possibly the best photo I've ever seen. These are from Afghanistan - multi-award-winning stuff, but if anyone doesn't know of Simon Norfolk they should check them out now.

Shot I believe with a box camera - you know, wood and brass thing, black velvet cover over your head.
The Iraq pics were published Saturday in the UK Guardian newspaper, couldn't find them on-line anywhere yet: they're even better.

Thanks for the link. The photography is breath taking. The balloon seller is my favorite. Like already said very surreal.

Still looking for the others: the best i can find is that there is likely to be a book published later this year.
