I'm in a bit of a mess to say the least!!! I took phots at a christening earlyer on this year and sent the proofs off the be thumbed through, while this was going on i got a virus on my pc that was eating away at my saved files!!! I managed to save the proofs and uploaded them to my imac but i saved the wrong ones. I now have all the photos but they have only saved at 576x723 is there any were i can go or do to get my low res images so that i could print them as 8"x10"?????
Any help no mater how small would be great as i'm getting very stressed at the minuite.
Many thanks

You will need to upsample them. Almost any good editing software can do so. As it stands you'd be printing at 72dpi. I'd recommend doubling the resolution to get close to 150dpi. For a 723x576 image, you'd need to upsample it to 1446x1152. You may need to resharpen a bit after upsampling, but don't go too far with that. Realize that you've permanently lost a lot of the data, and the best you can do is make the lower-resolution file as suitable for printing as possible

If you don't mind a slightly artificallook you can do a lot to make upsized images printable by using neat image.
