ok I have a picture for the curent callenge "Texture" the only problem is that I have resized it to 640x480 but the image is still 20k too big what should I do?

If you using Photoshop there is a "settings" button (on my version it's round with a arrow) on the 'save for web' option - select "Optimize to file size" and specify the max size. It might be a little smaller but I have not seen it go over.

If not using PS then when saving the jpeg adjust the quality until the file size falls under 150.

alright thanks guys I got it worked out I forgot that I could do that with photoshop since I rarely use it cus its on my other computer that I don't use all that often.
