Haha that last one is awsome! I have a bunch of chipmunks that I shot this weekend (with my camera) that I'll post in a couple minutes!

Chipmunks are so sweet. I left you a comment. They get very used to you so you can usually get quite close and stick around for a while and let you shoot away.

Ive been tryingto get a shot of these critters for over a year now. the things just dont sit still around here. I havent ever tried to feed them tho. I had one on my back patio last week but as soon as i peeked out the window he ran. whe i go to the grocery store tonight ill grab a bag of peanuts and see if i can catch it.
great chipmunk photos here. this one is by 4n4m and i just love it.

Everyone's images are so cute. I agree - this chipmunk let me get within 2 feet and snap away with my camera. Here's one of my photos.

is that a red squirrel? We have very few of them left in scotland, mostly see the greys nowadays. Nice shots though.

im not sure, I was on an excursion in alaska and i saw him, and i tottaly left the whole group to chase a squirel and the group had to wait for me, i told them oh well my pictes are a once in a life time in alaska

When I first saw these little guys, I thought they were some kind of chipmunk that lived in the desert, but I found out that they are really a ground squirrel, but they are still cute. |
