My wife has just finished a beaded artwork that I have taken pictures of. My question is have I taken a good picture of it to post on eBay. The reason I ask is because I have a tendancy to over expose pictures in post processing. I want to make sure that the pictures really show the piece and not my crappy photography skills. Another reason I want the pictures to be good is that we're hoping to make at least $800+ on this. I've had several friends look at the pictures and they are saying $1,000. I just want to make sure that the pictures do it justice.
To give you an idea of the size of this the:
Beads are size 10 seed beads,
Beaded area is 8.5" x 10"
Frame is 17" x 21"

| Doesn't look overexosed to me. But then, I might have the same tendancy :-D |

Looks fine to me. And I do quite alot of e-bay photography...

| Thank you both. Considering how much we're going to try to get (using a high reserve price) I want some good quality pictures representing this project. |

This is an awesome looking piece, and I love the story that has been included in the e-bay listing. I can certainly relate to her passion - it's the same for me while processing photos on the computer.
