These are the latest shots of my lovely daughter. I would love some comments if anyone is up to it. Thanks.
Sorry for posting so many. I am partial, so I just couldn't choose : ) |

Her eyes are very expresive. They make portraits pop, if they eye colour is there. She has great eye colour, and your photos do justice to them. |

OMG those are great. The first one is so full of life, energy. I hope you are framing that one.

I really have to resist the urge to go wild framing so that my house doesn't start to look like a Laura shrine, but that one is definitely getting framed. It captures her vivacious personality.
I love them all, but I am partial to "In The Herb Garden" because it is simple and uncluttered.
I love hearing all the comments. It is funny how everyone chooses different favorites for different reasons. Thanks bunches.

Very nice pictures. My favourite is "Amongst the Roses" - beautiful smile!
I know the joy of taking pictures of own daughter. I have my own two angels.

They're all nice Darlene. "Sweetest Smile" and "Peeking Through" are my two favorites, hard to choose between those two! You have a very lovely daughter (as the song says, lol)! |

She's a beauty! Great job with the photos! My favorite is Amongst the Roses, but they are all worthy of framing.

They are all very beautiful. Too bad they were taken before the lighting challenge started -- they would have done well. I think my favorite is the one of her looking at the flowers but the last one showing off her eyes is wonderful as well.
Most of all I think this shows how much your photography skills have developed over the past year. When you go back and look at your Defining Feature photo, there is a world a improvement. You've captures so much more of Laura's personality.

Looks like she has great patience while you are snapping away. A sweet looking girl. My 8 yr old isn't patient when it comes to photos. :-) |
