no, not really :)
But this kitty might think otherwise.

Saw it while taking an evening stroll pondering about things, he was dozing off at a trash bin, went back to my dorms to pick up my camera and only managed to take a couple of shots before a car spooked him off.
What do you think ?

The Original is here, all the post-processing was done in Picasa 2 (for fun), I'm positive PS could have done much better.

(edit: always check your spelling :)

Like the slight grain, and perhaps a closer crop would have been good. I like well-thought-through cat shots.

Nice, unusual shot you managed to get there.

If you're not adverse to touching the photo up, might I suggest trying to remove the white line on the inside of the container. I kept on finding my eye being drawn to it, rather than the lovely cat.

It also looks like you used the rule-of-thirds to good effect here.

Thanks colourBlind (are you ?).
I totaly agree with you, the white line is a distraction, I'll get rid of it once I'll re-edit the photo in PS.
About the rule-of-thirds, I go by what my eyes tell me, much like the golden ration (1.618...).

awh... so cute =) The grain doens't bother me... but I do agree with the white line. If you do have photoshop, or a similar editing program, then I would remove that. And I do think that the photo does look better in black and white vs. color. =)
