I drove 1200 km this weekend, past countrysides, white mountains and beautiful fjords. Living in Oslo makes you forget how beautiful this country is.
I thought I'd share a few photos. Unfortunately, I lost a whole lot of images due to a CF card that got corrupted, and the 500$ IBAS would take to fix it is just not worth it. Lost a beautiful land/seascape and my minimalism take, but ah. Whatever. I had a blast and learned a lot.
Comments are highly appreciated :)

Hei magnon, thanks for sharing! Although I live in San Diego California, I try to visit Norway every couple years or so--it truly is a beautiful country. I was in Bodø last month, and took these while I was there:

By the way, just before I left for Norway, I also lost a CF card. Yours may be under warranty too, depending on how old it is and what brand, so you may be able to get it replaced for free.

Ah, no, the card is fine, it's a filesystem corruption.
Thanks for sharing back :) |

Did you try recovery software ? I did download some freeware a few years ago and it works great. I accidentally formatted a card recently without transfering my pictures to my computer first and it recovered all of them. Only disadvantange is that it turns RAW files into TIFFs, but at least the image is back.
