Iam trying to figure i saw it on the internet but cant find it any more how to change the color of my car in photoshop cs i dont want to go to maaco again :) thanks

In Photoshop CS you can use the color replace tool found under the bandage. It works similar to the background erase tool. It samples what color to change where the + is and then replaces that color in the brush size with the foreground color selected.
Or, you can use hue/saturation select the color of the vehicle in the drop down menu and change the hue, sat, and lighteness until you get the color desired.
or....I think you get the point. There are a lot of ways to accomplish something like this.

OK sorry i dont have a picture right now iam writing this down for later but how do i make the tires look wet you know like there brandnew?

You could select the tire. Make sure to use a small feather on the selection to hide it, just a couple pixels. Use curves or levels, whichever you are more comfortable with, to up the contrast. So they don't look dull and worn. Then clone out any imperfections and use the dodge tool to add highlight.

Now I am giving general directions that I would use tweaked in ways to lend itself to the image. Please keep in mind I haven't seen your photo and this may not be the best or easiest way to accomplish the desired result.

theres still a few red spots i gotta spray out and i am thinking about sparying that pink stuff out to

Actually i couldnt figure out how to use it lol so i decided to use the polygonal lasso and do the whole car and then duplicate the layer and the use saturation to hue and lightness to adjust the color and then after that i used the lasso again to select the windows and lights and deleleted those. Ill have to do more research on the color replacement tool i need something like on a portrait i did recently but couldnt figure out how to use it jus like i cant figure out how to use the extract tool

If you're going to do it on a different layer, have you tried painting in a layer mask, rather than deleting permanently a portion of the image? With a layer mask, you can tinker with it all later.

Without or with the highlights. IMO the Hights should stay to keep it looking real.

Just used channel mixer, hue/saturation in different layers. It's still not as good as it could be. If I had the large file I could give you a "Blue" car with detail. I think! :)

iam still amazed how did you get the highlights on the side of the car white though mine were pink ? geesh you put my version to shame . . .

all i did was make a new layer that was only the colored parts of the car-- no windows, tires, etc., then i went to layer blending options, chose gradiant overlay and selected the blend mode as color. you can play with the angles and gradient types, i just did the default type and an orange color
