There have been a lot of coincidental shots on this site, but two photos of the General Lee car show? It appears, if you look at the signs and flags on the fence, that the photos were taken at the same show on the same day!
What I want to know is whether the photographers know each other and went to this thing together. If they didn't, this is the freakiest thing I've seen on this site. What are the chances?

There are several families that submit to this site, as well as some people have met up on purpose and gone to events/places. :)
I'm just waiting for that day when someone goes "hey you took a picture of me!!"

There was a similar thread last week for the pencil challenge. I suspect when the results come out tomorrow, we will find that it is the same family. |

I know the photographers for these shots personally. Emphasis on photographers: two people.

The number of photographers wasn't the question. I was just thinking that if two members who didn't know each other ended up at the same event it would be funny. Sorry if it sounded like an accusation. The thought of a single photographer never entered my mind until you suggested it. The photos are too different. |

I think two of the swing sets are the same but it's harder to tell because one is B&W. |

I thought of that today as I was kicking my car on the side of the road after running out of gas while on my way to take advantage of the last few hours of daylight. Since I know several dpcers in Va Beach, I thought that would be irony at it's best.

Well you're right... it was just about the freakiest thing I've seen (being one of the photographers) and given the # of folks in the DC area I was a bit surprised that there *wasn't* another "Duke Fest '02" photo. I kept looking for competition.
Had a lot of fun, and good company.
(PS) Loved all the comments that started off with bits from the "Dukes of Hazzard" theme song... |
