Just registered here today. I'm an absolute novice digital photographer, but thought I'd join the fray and post a photo for comment.

Does it work at all...or not? Any comments would be appreciated.

I'm a pretty novice photographer too. I find this photo dark and cluttered. I'm not sure what you are trying to convey, although it's not often I see anybody actually writing the word "flavenoid". Can ya use it in a sentence? ;) Welcome! |

I think there is an "editing" button
so you can change it or write it again |

Ah, flavenoid...wouldn't ya know :) Long story there...a somewhat over weight lady wanted me to check on some snake oil for her...I jotted it down.
At this point I think I'm just getting at the mechanics of how to post a photo here...heh...feel somewhat stupid at the moment. I'll get over it though :)

Ok, thanks! My mistake was I saw a couple of pics which looked like they were jpegs in a comcast directory and I figured if I gave it the same type of address there was some thumbnailing software in the board here which would just display a thumbnail for the link. Obviously not.
At any rate, disregard the post...and I'll work on figuring out the proper way to submit :)

Hi, Greg, welcome to DPC! You'll find the community here is full of wonderful people who are always willing to offer helpful advice. Enjoy your time here!
Couldn't help but notice that your photograph contains a packet of engineering grid. I'm an engineering student, and have used many packets of that stuff. :)
Have fun here.. I'll be looking forward to seeing some challenge entries from you!

Again I find myself frequently jumping up and down and making monkey noises. Maybe I am one of the twisted ones.
