Hi all! I am going to be buying a Digital Rebel and lens soon (both fit in my budget and you can't beat the rebates they have now!) Is anyone else looking to buy a lens from the rebate list? It sure would be nice to have that triple rebate...
If anyone is interested, perhaps we could work something out (ie: I buy your lens, and you pay me back whatever the cost would be after the triple rebate?) Perhaps PM me if you want to talk about it offsite? Thanks! -Ashley

Thanks for the offer... Already ordered three myself. They will arrive tomorrow (1/3)! Then comes the hard part of dealing with the creditcard bill.

Hi Ashley,
I would be interested. I live in the netherlands and would normaly not be able to participate in the rebate that is only valid for US residents. If you don't find someone in the USA let me know then I might still be interested. I want a 16-35 2.8L and with current euro/dollar exchange rate would save me 200 euro even without the rebate.

One thing you all may want to be aware of... I believe that the person who is receiving the rebates also needs to send in the filled out warranty cards for each lens along with the rebate forms. If the customer info doesn't match, they treat them as single rebates only. Just make sure you read the fine print.

yes SoCal69, I believe you are right. The lenses all have to be bought by the same person for the rebates to all count towards the triple!
Another DPCer and I just discovered how hard it is to transfer money overseas... would be nice if the lenses could be purchaced seperately and still get the rebates!
