There's another side to my photography and that is the documentary side.

I take a lot of "boring" photo's of the place where I live, I even put some of them on the WWW, although not lately. By far the majority of people will find them boring in the extreme. But to me they mean a lot, they represent the place I was born and grew up in.

I guess I hope to be able to leave something behind that somebody someday will see and say, "Look how it used to be!"

I've seen photo's of my home town from years ago, I have books full of them and never get tired of looking at them.

In a way that's taking photo's for my sake and I don't really care what others think of them. They're not arty or particularly poignant but the satisfy a need in my and that's why I take them.

Kylie, 1958 witnessed my arrival so I guess that's another theory down the drain, you'll be pleased to hear.
