I like buying old Weber gas grills on Marketplace or Craigslist CHEAP and then restore them to like-new condition. I bought this one for $20. I spent about $175 on new parts for the insides of it and then decided to paint it. I had bought this one to restore for my sister, but after I painted it, I couldn't let it go :)

Very creative and looks great. What kind of paint did you use? Let us know how it holds up once you heat up the grill!

Wow. Super cool! Way to turn a tool into a work of art.

I used the high temp engine paint for the red and white and the high temp grill paint for the black. Its held up fine for over a year now...
