Four or maybe five of the challenges either in voting or coming up were all run during the year, quite a few of them in May. Have we run out of fresh ideas?

And can The Architecture challenge be archival please?

I agree that we have had quite a few duplicated challenges this year. Maybe this was for the benefit of those in the DPL? I don't feel the present Architectural challenge should be changed to Archival as we have also recently had 2 archival like challenges ("Hidden Gem 4000" and "Fog and Mist"). I like Archival challenges very much as I have commented on previously but feel they should be offered once every several months not on a monthly basis. Also, an "Architectural" subject is very broad and not difficult for everyone to find within a 2 week window of opportunity whereas "Fog or Mist" is an opportunistic challenge.

+1 :-)

... I'm checking the current challenge schedule and will be reviewing over the next day or two (or three - it's a process!). But thanks for the reminder Anita.

Thanks Ken. I’ll give that a look.

Actually ended up with better (more and more unique) results using Copilot, but between the two it gave me a good bucket to pull from.

It was funny that both of them came back with some of the ones I'd recently added that hadn't been run previously (new this year). :-)

Let me revise this ... actually it was easier to get more results with ChatGPT after a couple additional prompts.

Just curious, who is instrumental in choosing the challenges on the SC?

That's an admin function that I inherited from Robert. :-) Been doing it for a year now.

... and ETA, Anita you're never "Just curious". Waiting for the other shoe to drop. LOL

Hmm. And we haven't run that one since August 2015.

How about from now until the end of the year we have challenges that are new. No V, V111, 111. There are some in the queue, we can suggest others.

I reworked the queue the other night. No guarantees, but it WILL have some unique ones. :-)
