The house of Lords.......
they sure aint a parliament of wise old owls.

We are deceived again!!There are not any spring chickens in the Senate here in Canada either but I would not go calling them unwise, wisdom usually comes with age!!

That's where the British political system stand out from a number of other, ours is not necessarily any better, we have just been at it a long time , and therefore had more opportunities to perfect the art of deception. |

And older people can be just as stupid as younger and some of us younger can be wiser than some older. Age has nothin to do with it. ^_^

Older Than 18!I`d say at least 19!!LOL
Old is a relative term!
Personally I would have more faith in a M.D. in his 40s-60s than 20s-30s but maybe thats just me?
