Lovely photos, but some of them look so surreal that I felt compelled to look at the rules. While AI generated images aren't allowed, composites are. I wonder what the reality behind some of those photos is.

I know the guy who won Tony Hewitt. He�s from Perth, where I live, did our family portraits in 1999, cost a small fortune.

Super nice guy and helpful, I spoke to him recently on the phone. He tried to encourage me to branch out and try new things.

None of his shots are taken with a drone, he jumps in helicopters and shoots from above. His images are amazing.

I see he was also one of the judge of the 2014 competition.

I don't have time to look through all the other books, but Australia really dominated in 2014, which was the first year the competition was run.
