so, if this is a liquidation, even at 1/3 off (generally the low end of liquidations) this should be about a 6 ;)

I was wondering the same thing, because when I look a the entry there is a black "box" in the image, but in the thubnail version the box is red-/brownish in colour. So it is hard to tell if it is intentional

Thought I would let you know that the image now appears as it should in case some of you refrained from giving it a score earlier and want to go back and give it a score now :) (It is not my image, but I know that I would be sad if it was mine and I did not get any votes or feedback on it :) )

Yup, it was at the top of my list when I went back to give a couple of comments earlier. Like you, am hoping folks didn't vote when it was corrupt and will catch up later. A few of the 'off the wall' voters may have given the old version a high score mind ;)

So with this being the last regular season event (yes?), am I wrong in thinking we could have just pitted the top team in each division against each other and skipped the whole lead up bit?

So I decided to try something different for this one. I knew it would be a risk in that many might not think that the liquid was the subject, apparently that thought was well founded. I currently have my first sub 5 score since 2010.

Oh well, you rolls da dice ya takes yer chances!

I have come to terms with my entry not making it over 5. I thought I was so clever, but... I've have come to realise that my image could instead comes across as me being lazy, as it is neither as original as I though it was, nor as technical as many of the other wonderful images in this challenge. I only wish I had received some comments, but I completely understand that it is hard to give feedback if it comes a cross as I have not made an effort, which I am pretty sure my image does. On a positive note my score has been moving upwards from 3.6 the last two days, so fingers crossed I make 4.5 :)

Gotta say this was the least inspiring challenge to vote for all of the DPL, and that includes the two really awful options at the beginning. I think it may be because "liquid" is simply overdone? Who knows. Maybe I was in a bad mood when I voted. I'll look again and maybe comment and bump a few.

I agree, really overdone. Was hard to vote, so many things I've seen before, but there were a couple gems too. That said, after seeing this thread, feeling fairly happy with my:
