I'd like to pose a challenge to those out there that are submitting to the current challenge (doesn't really matter which one).
The challenge is this: try and find a topic that is NOT going to be overly saturated. For example, macro challenge was flooded with bug pictures. The defining feature challenge will likely have a ton of 'eye' shots.
It's an approach I've tried from the beginning and makes the whole experience that much more exciting.
You up for it? |

I am going to do that on my first challenge. I think people vote higher on something original. |

I agree with the "eye" thing. I think that for me the defining feature of a person is not necessarily a physical feature by itself but something of their personality that shines through. That's what I would like to capture.
I haven't been around for a while as the summer is absolutely hectic workwise for me but as I now have a new camera and some time for myself I'm going to start challenging again!!! So I am also glad there is a free challenge this month. |
