could you give examples of a photo of a mural that isn't just stealing somebody else's art? |

... was thinking the same thing. Perhaps the challenge could include some interaction / subject juxapostion / visual commentary on the art. Simple documentation of street art doesn't seem to rise to the level of a challenge. |

I assumed it would have to have context, not just art on the wall:
a portrait in front of the wall; a wide angle with other items happening in the scene (skateboarders, motorcycles, etc), not just a photo-documentary on street art in our cities. |

Yeah I was assuming there would be some context as well as foreground elements etc. Now my secret is out ;)

No not really, but we like to live on the edge of criminality. |

Why not just "Street Murals or Graffiti"
No description. No suggestion of other elements included or not. That said, I am in the "pretty much a photo of someone else's art" camp on this one and don't really like it even though we have lots of great murals in town and they are increasing in popularity here. |

Wall art depicts an artists imagination and skills. Wall arts by Jimi Hendrix would be good to see. Guitarist/singer Jimi Hendrix wall art is a true example of an artists. An artwork itself speaks up a lot about an artists thoughts.

Documentary photography has a long & honorable history.
Street Art Documentary
Capture the best street art your city has to offer in a way that also captures an aspect of your city. |

As I talked above about wall-arts I have searched and looked many new things related to it. You can know more about the wall arts that I talked about on bluediamondgypsy.com . Wall arts can make our home look great and innovative.
