but I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to add a profile picture to my profile. Any step-by-step instructions would be appreciated.

Open the My Home menu. The last item is My Preferences. Open that one. I'll bet you can figure it out from there!

Make sure the size is perfect
..it must be exactly 120x120...

Um, 90×120...

Thanks guys. Found it. Now just having trouble exporting out of light room. When I set the export size in pixels to 120x90 or vice versa, for some reason it comes out just a bit off, ie 120x86 or something crazy, like the software is changing it for some reason. I'll keep trying.

Probably because you have it set to "maintain aspect ratio" and your image isn't cropped to exactly 12x9 ratio...

Help! Ok....following Bear's comments about aspect ration, I have searched high and low in lightroom 4.6 in the "export on file" too, but haven't seen anything about "aspect ratio setting" any help would be awesome folks. Thanks!
