My gachuck has been misplaced and my box of clips must be eaten. I'm hoping some generous DPCer in Japan would be willing to trouble themselves and pick me up a replacement gachuck (GS-500E) and ship it to me. Please let me know about how to arrange payment so I can return to gachucking bliss.
Thanks |

You know you can get these all over the place. I'm not sure where you are, but I bought one from a stationery place in Australia a while back. I guess you have a problem if you don't know the right size for the clips, but it might save you some money :-)

I followed the link, & still can't work out what it is. My babel fish must be on holiday or something. Doesn't seem to be working. Now I come to think of it, I haven't fed him for a while:-o |

Maybe this picture is worth a thousand words. It's like the stapler meets the (fold-back) paper clip.
I've looked all over Toronto for my gachuck and can't find one. My box of 500 clips is neglected and I'm knee-deep in unclipped paper! I do know which size I need (medium - takes the 15x11x16mm clips).
My camera's in the shop, but I don't give a damn; I'm lost without my gachuck. |

WoW ... that thing looks fabulous. How come some enterprizing soul isn't selling them in Canada. Think I'll start importing them. The name? It's either perfect or it has to go.
Votes?
Suggestions for a new name?

And you wouldn't somehow be associated with that establishment... would you...... maybe that's why your nik is paper and you're digging up five year old threads? If not I'd really love to see some of your portfolio. |

Yeah - it's been over FOUR years! dwoolridge never got his gachuck and sadly he was killed by a passing truck while picking up a stack of loose papers that he had dropped. Posting your link now just adds insult to the sorrow that many of us who mourn him feel. :( |

I'm beginning to get irritated when I open a thread only to find that it's a few years old and some spam bot has opened a DPC account to revive the older than dirt thread ... it's been happening a LOT lately ... |

Lot's of people find DPC when doing a Google search for something else. They might not realize how old a particular thread is, and people who respond with helpful information to queries our own users have are not necessarily considered spam.
Please do not bite the newbies. Use Report Post to call our attention to posts in threads that you have concerns about.
Thanks! |

Ha, interestingly enough, I just did a google search on gachuck and DPC is the 4th listing.
EDIT: pamelasue makes a good point -- I do think spambots are behind this, and it is annoying.
