The tutorial was removed. However, to answer your question...
Assuming a 3:4 aspect ration in your camera and minimal cropping....
At the minimum 150DPI
1 Megapixel: 3.5x5, 4x5, 4x6, 5x7
2 Megapixels: 6x6, 8x10 (barely)
3 Megapixels: 8x12, 6x12
4 Megapixels: 10x15, 11x14
5 Megapixels: 12x12
6 Megapixels: Nothing New
At the recommended 300DPI
1 Megapixel: Nothing
2 Megapixels: 3.5x5, 4x5
3 Megapixels: 4x6
4 Megapixels: 5x7
5 Megapixels: 6x6
6 Megapixels: Nothing New
Consider, however, that the more pixels you have to start, the more flexibility you have in cropping and composition. There are ways, also, to make larger prints from smaller photos with the creative use of artistic borders and/or numerous photos in one print. For example, this is available in 20x30 at 300+ DPI from a 4MP camera....
Some other (dare I say better) examples...
