I've return to reclaim my throne...lol
In 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985 I won the youth photography points trophy at a local show. Then in 1986 and 1987 I won the adult points trophy also.
In the mid 90s the show did away with the points trophy and replaced it with a Best of Show ribbon. I've place in different catagories since that time...but it wasn't until this week that I was able to get the best of show ribbon for adult photography at this show and I did it with this photo...

But the proud mom that I am, can't fail to mention my little boy also got the Best of Show for Elementary Photography for a photo of a kitten sitting on a fence post.

It was Central Pennsylvania show. You aren't the only one amazed cause that wasn't what I even felt was my strongest entry, although I did happen to notice that the best of show for each age division was a black and white.

Anna....Congrats to you and your son :o) he's obviously inherited his mothers talent! I'm not surprised it won, it's a great shot!
