now that i completed my ribbon trifecta, my goal for 2013 is to ribbon in a Free study. i have twelve shots at it.
what are your goals here? |

| In 2012 I placed in the top ten in a Free Study for the first time. A ribbon in a Free Study would be a good goal. I think my primary goal might be take more risks in challenges this year -- both in what and how I shoot and what I enter (regardless of how I think it might score). |

Outside of the TPL, get as many entries in the bottom as possible. |

| Score a 7 or above. Get a ribbon. I did manage a brown and 2 top 10's this year. Things are looking up :D |

score an 8+
top 10 in fs
top 20 in overall ranking
not spend anymore money on gear (unlikely) |

Enjoy everyone without feeling like I "have to" do something.
Enter when I want to, and spend happy time viewing/voting/commenting.
Just like the rest of my life - a less-stress me. |

| Shooting more and experimenting with more photos and setups. Still have a long way to go. Oh yes, and reaise my average score to at least a 5. |

I was thinking this sounded very appropriate for me too. Already blew it. I spent $$$ on an ND filter. Okay, so don't spend any further money on gear. |

Use photography to enjoy the experience of photography, not to build a portfolio.
Enter challenges, but keep scores turned off for the entire year.
Find a lightweight, travel appropriate ultrawide (20mm?) lens with good IQ. Suggestions?
