Just felt kind of strange to enter my first challenge without saying "Hi!" first.
I was invited by one of your members snaffles. Snaffles, I have no idea how to find you, or how I would know if I indeed had found you or not. But hey it's ME Melinda!!! (like that helps you at all lol)
If you actually happen to ever read this snaffles, I think if you take a look at my first entry you'll remember who I am ;) Thank you for inviting me. I'm going to try my best to learn my way around, and make myself at home.

I look forward to getting to know all of you, and even more importantly appreciating your photography, and enjoying this wonderful medium with you

Welcome, welcome. Snaffles steered you right, this is a great place to learn and a wonderful community.

Post anything you wish, and someone will almost always respond. Be warned though - we are a bit like a family (dysfunctional as hell sometimes too), so the responses may run the gambit.

As for challenges, it's the best way to learn, so jump in and have fun - any time you've got questions, check the forums, or post it up - there's a ton of tribal knowledge you can get here.

You mayhave, it should be visible to you immediately. But it will only appear in your sidebar once voting has started. Look on your profile page under "Challenge entries".
