| Only 17hrs to go, and only 28 entries, I know they will increase but I thought there would be a lot more than this by now!! |

| I was going to enter a self-portrait, but the prop I needed apparently isn't available in Japan, or at least not in the stores I looked in. |

Lol, I'm in and not sure what to expect!!
Mind you I will probably change it, another 10 times before the start of it all!!

I almost had an entry but I messed up and had my mode dial in manual without knowing it. Serious overexposure. I was able to pull most of the detail back in because I shoot RAW, but there are some blown highlights in critical areas. I don't feel like getting slammed on a major flaw like that on an other wise good shot.

Numerical place-wise, this could be my best yet!
On second thought, it's doubtful... even with a low entry count.

| My card reader died and so did my mouse. I went mad looking for the replacements and when I was finally able to upload my picture the more I look at it the more low 5s it looks for me (at this point my judgement's seriously impaired). But I spent an hour getting everything set up so I'm putting it in and peeking at it through my fingers. |

| I don't like to get kicked in the teeth when I check scores once a day in the early morning. So, I'll pass. I have a good smile. I like to photograph smiles. But, any entry from me will not pass the muster of the DPC voters. |
