bobnospum started a great thread to celebrate his 150th entry here at DPC, giving a little back.

To celebrate all the great comments I have received here over the past several years, I would like to offer up some comments in a similar fashion. I will try to comment on those posted to Bob's thread, and will do the same here.

Post a shot and I will provide a comment...

here's one that didn't do so great. im guessing because it's not abstract enough for the challenge.

Not a challenge shot so i hop that ok. I'm quite new to wedding photography and this is from my first full bridal prep shoot. Quite nerve wracking and i'd love some feedback on this kind of dress shot. Thanks in advance.

Here's one from a recent challenge. The shot did well enough but I only recieved 1 comment. I'd be interested to see what people thought.

One from a recent challenge,, i loved it but it didn't do well and i think my title mentioning "wet" and the pic not looking as wet as it actually was that day killed it for me..

This one seemed to have been overlooked in it's challenge. Only one comment... would love to get some good feedback, as I really loved the image.

I'm fairly new around here but I'm making an effort to comment on at least 25% or more during challenges in order to help be a productive member of this site. Hopefully my comments will be helpful as well look forward participating with you guys

Welcome to the fray Josh. I have found that commenting on others work is the most rewarding part of my participation - both in helping others and in improving my own photographic vision.

welllll since you're offering, i supposed i'll dip in for one more. I could never understand why this one received such a low score. maybe you could help shed some light on this mystery.

I suspect this is too dark to 90% of the viewers - I often forget my monitor is super-bright. (It is also boring to 90% of the viewers...)
