This is one of the alternative versions of the shot I entered for the Macro challenge. It is in color and has greater DOF. I'm wondering if it would have done better or pretty much the same. I had a really hard time picking the shot for this challenge because I felt I had a handful of very good ones to choose from.

I wish someone will tell me what should I have submitted to Macro IV. This one,  , this one,  or the one I went with  ?

It helps me for next time at least. It took me an hour to decide. I wish I could ask then. :) :)

| To hell with the score anyways. You should submit what you like. Thats the conclusion that I came to tonight. From now its high contrast, heavy grain, and probably a lot of infrared. |

I think you are right. I did like the blue bell much better but I didn't trust my taste in photography anymore as I never get a good score. So I went with the other one to experiment. I guess that no matter what, I still have got a lot to learn but at any time I should go with the ones I like the most. It was a good lesson.
