Thanks shutterpuppy, the guy is working very hard to teach... he seems like dedicated his life to it. I know he also selling stuff there, but he is not a salesman... to do all that videos free, he is just sponsored by a few companies which you don't even feel they are there.

I can only imagine the traffic here if he mentions DPC on his blog or one of his videos. :)

Mark is a guy who LOVES to share his experiences. I never seen anyone explaining things that easy and hands on method before. Why pay tons of money to buy DVDs, those clips are perfect to watch either you just started photography or a pro... I never met the guy but I wish I can and shake his hand to thank for all this.

I've been watching this guy for years. He's awesome, you all can ask him questions too and he gets back to you pretty quick.

i usually really hate people who continuously bump their own threads, but i have to thank you. For some reason it took me this long to find it and now my life is improved.

This really is exceptional information and needs to be given to each member signing up to the website

Langdon and his friend came up with an idea in 2002, created this website. It was a good move. Now there are thousands of users and members signing in everyday. Langdon's and his friend's idea was to let's help each other learning photography. Challenges helped us to be creative by forcing ourselves each week.

... but years passed by, even though foundation stayed the same, there were some people tried to help this place to improve and get some more people in (for some reason). There is no other way but forums that we could tell what we're doing good for all of DPC. Such as Posthumous Ribbons, the hat awards, Free Study Marathons, free membership giveaways... etc.

Those video clips (which I and now more people believe are very useful) for everyone who is interested in learning photography and doesn't want to spend any money for it. How many of us tried to find a place that we can learn stuff hands on? and when someone finds a place like this, what that person could do besides putting into forums and bumping for new comers, night shifters, day shifters, weekenders?

I have sent a message to Langdon and suggested to put that link in to that stupid news corner, which is updated once a century, and contact Mark, the guy who teaches in all those videos, and tell him we're linking his videos, is it possible for him to mention our website in either one of his blogs or even one of his videos... but, must be some legal stuff, which I really don't understand, no answer back.

Take advantage of these videos now. Other wise, Langdon might pull the plug and just throw me out of here because I am being so annoying... and if so, I don't have any problems with that.
