I started to comment on a few that I thought didn't quite make the mark for me, but decided that people interpret things differently, so unless it smacks me in the had, I'm keeping quiet. :)

Ok, just left a ton of comments. I've said something on each 7 and above score, plus on a few 6's.

what a great ride...would be in line for a new pb if not for my bug shot, awesome comment from  jutilda, great insightful comment from a baghead, a fave from a photog whose work i admire...and i got to shoot for this challenge several times and enjoyed each one. glad i entered the one that seems to have some appeal...

Regardless of the score (which I quite like) the great comments from nixter and posthumous as well as a wonderful comment and fav from a baghead means this is a total success for me. I hope Ben likes it too.
Unfortunetly, I probably wont get the chance to vote as I'm in Honolulu right now with access to internet but will spend a week in Kona from tomorrow with probably no connection (holidays, Hay!). When I get back to Sydney I'll try and give as many post voting comments as I can. |

Yep, I got mine. Immediately followed by another 6, so meh!! :P
It's either someone trying to get their score up or those with self imposed voting scales here at DPC. You know...those that only use 1, 2, and 3 with it being mentioned that rarely does anyone get a 3 as most photos aren't that good. Oh well...I love my shot!

It's interesting as the lowest vote average person that is online right now has an average of 4.2 and is voting right now. So whilst that isn't as low as the trolls average...it does still hurt peoples scores.

The troll is still voting and their voting average is dropping whilst their own average received is going up.. Don't worry...at that rate their votes will be scrubbed at the end. Hopefully.

Yes. If someone votes 1 on all the entries, all the votes are discarded at rollover. Or so we're told.
I do believe that is true, though, because if you watch these threads, you'd think the top vote getters all have five or six ones, but after the challenge they have none. |
