Haven't been around much lately because we've been looking to move. Most recently, we've been busy getting this one ready to sell ... so thought I'd try my hand at "realtor HDR" (we have seen a LOT of that lately in our home search, but not so much in the town where we currently live). Here's a few samples:
You can see the whole set here. Most were relatively quick processing with some of the Photomatix 4.1 presets and minor adjustments. I kind of like how they turned out, though I may work on some of them some more to eliminate ghosting and lens flare artifacts. |

If this house does't sell, it will certainly NOT be because of these pics. They're awesome! |

photos look great! Used to shoot alot of real estate photography, only advice I would have is to turn on ALL of the lights you can, then take the pictures. |

VERY well done, EstimatedEyes.
A good 'sales pitch' like this could make the difference in this difficult market.
I'm sure you have mixed feelings about changing your address. |

Thanks all! It's been a good house for us, but with two kids in college its time to downsize a little bit. We'll be sorry to leave the house, but looking forward to the next adventure. And really looking forward to putting all this behind us so I can get back to photography instead of house hunting in my spare time. :-) |

How about swapping homes, that way we don't lose any money. :-).
I don't believe it!!! A man that has more clothes than the typical female, in that walk in wardrobe.
Love the back deck area and plants all around. |
