Leather Camera Straps? - DPChallenge Forums

I'd love to have a good quality leather camera strap. Anybody have one or know where to get one? Internet searches haven't turned up much of anything I like...

Use with the utmost caution. When they were more common, they were a great way to get fungus and mould on a lens and body when stored for any length of time.

I'd love to find something about 2" wide. There just apparently isn't much of a market for it... Someone suggested guitar straps with modifications, but I don't think those would work very well. They are a bit wider and a lot longer and would require some serious work to make fit well...

I'm getting a little closer... I sent these people an email describing what I'd like to have and will see if they can do it... I'd like to have a strap just like this one but all leather.

Read this in their ad "â��Wrap something EXCITING around your neck!â�� and the first thing that came to my mind was........not a camera strap. :O)
