I have been working on kicking off my portrait business and have recently purchased a couple of Alien Bees with diffusers and was wondering if anyone else wanted to do a portrait SC?
No rules, portraits do not need to have been taking this month and natural light as well as studio lighting are welcome. Post as many as you would like as often as you want and comment on as many as you can. I would love to see a bunch of portraits, both in studio and on location with lighting descriptions. Let me know if you would be interested in kicking this off. I will add the users to this post that are interested.

| I am in! I really would like to try and improve my portraits as well. I am already using this subject for the weekly 2011 images side challenge, so this side challenge will go along nicely with that. |

| I'd be happy to join in. Portraits are my fav thing to shoot. It will be good to share lighting / make-up /camera setting info too! |

Portraits are few and far between for me..I would love the opportunity to share what I have taken...by the way, is there a limit to how many photos we can enter ?

| It always amazes me the amount of people that want me to take their picture/do portraits for them. I suck at portraits. I know nothing about lighting, it's all hit or miss. I have one flash that I stick on top the camera and bounce around till I get what I want. So, that said, put me in and I'll give it a try. Hopefully I'll learn something. |

Sure thing. Always nice to see the work of photographers who actually draw their paycheck from photography. |
