4th Annual Shreveport Mardi Gras GTG

Anyone interested? The Krewe of Gemini parade is Sat, 5 Mar 2011, with their loading the night before. //www.kreweofgemini.com/

Followed on Sunday with the Highlands Parade (at 1pm) that gives you plenty of beads.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can get a Saturday and/or a Sunday morning trip onto Barksdale for the Linear Air park and on out to Flagg Lake. Flagg lake has provided many PBs and a ribbon.

Let me know if you're interested and I will keep the tally here on the first posting.

Still not sure, lots happening and everything keeps changing!
Headed to South Dakota on Sunday and back sometime next week, just not sure when yet.

I probably won't be able to make it to the GTG, but I'll be in the French Quarter for Mardi Gras. I'll be around the week after too, and might be able to drive up to Flagg Lake.

Ken, where is the best place to go for sunrise photos at Flagg Lake? Right near the road, or are there trails up the west side of the lake?
