Uh, no. With all due respect to your office.
In the current challenge there are 244 images for voting upon. And the reality of life being what it is, some of us have families and have commitments to making a living and have other obligations. And so consequently, at least for some of us, we just don't reasonably have the time to be making comments on 61 images (25%), let alone voting on 232 images (95%). Please, go ahead if you have the time. But for some of us, while this forum is nice, we don't live here.
In submitting an image for challenges, I'll gladly go though all the images and vote on my top 10 choice. And I'll even gladly made comments about a few images if I think I have something to say which might be helpful.
But that's about as far as it reasonably goes because for some of us at least, out time is valuable, we have much to do, and the bills aren't getting paid for the time we put in here.

I agree.....and if we only voted on the photos submitted that followed the subject,that would take about 3 minutes and nobody would be able to vote in the next contest.
