well he did say he's commenting randomly- and it took him 5 hours to make the comments so far made; that means he is looking over each entry- in depth taking his time commenting- which means when he gets to yours you'll know he put a lot of thought into whatever he writes :-) -- i was one of the few lucky ones who already recieved a nixter comment

I think there are VERY MANY wonderful images in this gallery!

I like it that some folks shot what THEY liked to shoot... but did it In the Style of Nixter.

The topic didn't say it had to look like Nixter took the shot... but that the shot was done in his style.

I would like to see that there be outtakes on this challenge especially. This was the first - truly the first challenge that I had a lot of pics to choose from and never knew what I should enter. I went with my gut and of course the final ok from my wifey... Im really curious on opinions of the other takes and would like to see others optional takes as well.

I think we should rerun this challenge next week. I had too much fun shooting for it. I want to go do it again. :)

Better than my 4.8 :-( And i thought I had a pretty good picture entered, too. Expected a high-5 finish, probably, chance of low 6. I think I'm losing touch with reality...

Well this is the weirdest challenge scoring wise. My score just keeps going down and down. Normally there would be some coaster ride but this is just down. Can't place it but think everybody else experiencing this as well? At least that what it looks like.

Mine bounced a lot a first -- big sweeps. However, recently it's been just a slow decent. Luckily it been a slow decent, not a major drop.

I've just been going through the images again and there is no way i can choose my pick for the Blue to go in the posthumous thread. I think i may have to do a top 5 joint Blues or something. I seriously love this challenge.

maybe we should have a backwards challenge- ie: lowest score gets the blue- highest score gets the brown? :-D

I totally agree. Can't remember when I've ever seen a challenge with that many outstanding photographs.
