Anyone know a camera control software like Nikon camera control pro 2, that allows for Live view PC control from 2 Cameras? Functions would include basic camera functions like shutter release and side -by side live view from 2 Nikon D90 cameras..

Any other tips for shooting using a beam splitter rig?

Not familiar with that, but I've heard of a gadget which mounts on a tripod, and which lets the camera slide side-to-side along a track for a prescribed distance, to facilitate taking consistent stereo pairs with one (any) camera.

What software do you use to combine the images from the 2 cameras?

You can post them to start3d.com or lenticular prints (superflip)

I do not have stereo software for alignment.

Any suggestions?
