Dang, that got DQ'd? I guess you broke the editing rules. But it was a fun photo. |

Well I guess mine doesn't meet the challenge and in the same sense does meet it! |

What a brilliant challenge idea! And so many creative, spot-on entries!!
After so many DNMC comments over the past three months, a brown ribbon, and a brown ribbon runner up, I thought, "Now HERE'S my chance to shine! Maybe even to ribbon!"
But... dream on! (I blew it!)

... and one comment, however, which I think I will frame:
"I'm sorry but this really doesn't meet the challenge at all, 10."
(THANK YOU!!!)
Fact of the matter is, this may prove to be my first DQ... and I'm hoping against hope that my entry will just quietly disappear from from the challenge altogether.
Ah, well, gotta just keep trying. :-/

Amen. Even though my score is tanking, I still can't stop checking. |

It's a Catch-22.
How can you create something that "Does Not Meet Challenge" and meet the challenge.
Theoretically, that's impossible. |

I guess my entry MEETS THE CHALLENGE because people are voting lower than dirt. I love entering but I hate how people vote. This SUX

You may be looking at this challenge to literally. I looked at it a bit differently. Without actually explaining my photo, because that would be unethical, let me just say this. Ask yourself this question, "What does 'Does Not Meet Challenge' mean to the contestants of DP Challenge?
I don't think I'm doing a good job explaining myself. Anyway, I have PB right now, so go figure. |

my score just did something kinda funny?
i downloaded that excel file and im playing around with it (where you enter in the votes and then it kick packs a bunch of crap...)
and a vote came in, and it calculated that it must have been below 1 to move it down that far? and then a few minutes later my average climbed back up but the number of votes didnt change.... |

that can happen when a voter who has already voted changes his/her vote. You should see the number of views increase, but not the number of votes. |

I just ignored the challenge description and entered and image that I liked from that day. Maybe by ignoring the challenge I actually met the challenge. |

Philosophically it is quite possible though. |

I treated it kinda like a surprise 24-hour free study. It sure got me out of a slump. We should do that more often. |

With the way voting is going at the moment in all challenges, goodbye is a good option.
I can think of better things to do, I have a brick wall that needs a head banging against it!! |
