like a sequence of pics merged into one to make a sequence.(for ski and snowboard jumps) |

Well, your camera has a "drive" mode (I forget what it's actually called) which will take a series of exposures with a single shutter-click.
For the print, I think you have to cut out the successive images of the individual and paste them onto the best background.

This kind of thing?
I stack the sequence in layers in PS, then line them up with reduced opacity. Then I use a minimum number of shots to form the background, and use layer masks to pop the other images in. Then a little spot editing and mucking with the masks where necessary. I tend to be kinda sloppy though.

You could take a series of photographs and bring these together in Photoshop to give the appearance of a sequence.
