It's a hard knock lifeby grey_skiesComment: Ok, I am willing to change the topic to something trying to move an immovable opbject. However, the colours are too plain and washed out. The ball being a more vibrant green may hace helped, and more light on the bug also, instead of highlighting the ball would have emphasised it as the subject |

Someone trying to move an immoveable object.by strikealiteComment: Different take, but I am willing to accept it as meeting the challenge. I would have put a smaller glass as the closeness of the glass top and bottom to the crop. Also that would have helped emphasising the Epsom Salts as the main item. |

Come with me ...by thepesterComment: The streaked light from the sun works well on her, and I also presume the softness of her features in interional (and works). The streaked light on his?? chest though jusmps out and is distracting, like it puts a barrier between the two of them....... |

Big Bad Johnby TammerComment: The background is a little too busy for me. Would have been better with a shallower Depth of field. Would have preferred the train funnel to have not been cropped out. |

pump pushby Martini_BeachComment: Different, stark, and that works here. Like the effect you have gone with. Refelctions in the bumper are a shame (lower right) and the cropped grill/headlights distract. Maybe a different crop would have worked but not sure. |

I Will NOT be Movedby karmatComment: Good Challenge entry. The contrasting colours work here very well. Also the smaller kid against the bigger one. Would have been brilliant if it was only the two kids in the photo, and not the teammates who are partially cropped out, but when taking action photos, you can't do much about that. Depth of field is great, subjects are sharp and the background blurred. |

Come here, come here and I'll be famous...by Rino63Comment: Interesting Dipiction of the topic, and in my opinion meets the challenge, thiking outside the square. I like the black background, but maygbe a little more contrast with the colours in the shawl. Also, the light is uneven, with the right side (right arm/shoulder) disappearing into the darkness. |

School For The Giftedby AngadeonComment: His right hand looks out of focus to me. Would have also liked to see mopre colour,. Maybe a different coloured shirt, as the brown shirt and wood makes the photo a little boring colour wise. |

Unmoved by Tidesby orvaratliComment: I am sure others have mentioned, but a DNMC as the topic specifically mentioned a person moving something. A shame they didn't just leave it as immovable with no description.
Ignoring that, you have a great picture here. I love the blue in the sky, and the orange in the boat, and the depiction of immovable. The dark hill to the right is a problem for me (slightly). Would have been better with a little more light on it prehaps.
Shame about the DNMC (minus marks), still giving a good mark for a good shot. |

MOVING BRIDGES/NOTby ILOVEMOGIEComment: There looks to be a lot of noise in this photo on my screen. I loose the guys head in the background, and the photo does not look sharp either. |
