Not sure of the title (aircraft should be rotated for that one) but then again, I avoid bug-smashes.........
Clean crisp image that is well exposed......

But it does lack any wow factor.........Plane is on final but just blue and centered. there lacks any real dynamic aspect here to make it stand out

Like the composition....The streaked sky is great here....Effective use of the backlighting and great control to avoid the area where the sun is from being totally blown out

The path is great....love how you have done that. Yes, it would have been better had the shell been all in focus, but pretty hard to do while still keeping the effect of the path. Some selective sharpening on the shell may have made this a little less noticeable (but would not have completely removed it) and that could have helped. I also would have cropped more of the foreground out (but none of the sides). While this would have changed the aspect ratio, it would have moved the snail away from the middle of the image, and removed the large white area at the front, while still maintaining the effect of the path.......

Great colours through the sky Terry, and use of the powerlines to lead through the image and be a feature rather than a distraction. they lead you straight to the most interesting part of the sky which works really well.....

Kel, he's running the wrong way.......... :P. Must be north of the border where they run the other way around the track........

A great sharp capture of the finish........a little tight on the crop for me cause there is nowhere for them to move into.........Also, a quick run through of some noise reduction software could get rid of the noise in the background too...............

This image really needed to be rotated........the backlighting really doesn't really work that well either

Comment:
The bars are parallel but there are so many other elements in this image that are OOF and detract from the image for it to really work.

Comment:
They are everywhere, but I think that is part of the problem here. The tree is what grabs the attention, and the branches in front of the house means that the house is a secondary thing.........the parallel lines are not really a feature
