the contast, and soft focus make this picture look like an animation to me. Great contrast for a B&W. nice shot... but just no 'wow' factor for me.

To Observe Man

Hmm. Interesting. At first view I wasn't a fan, but the more I look at it the more I'm intrigued by it- looking at the eyes, and understanding the reflection. It's nice! I think a little crop off the top could do a lot- I know the space defines the door, but seeing the door and frame takes away from my eyes being drawn to the man. Well done.

Nice. Colors are fantastic- I think the extra saturation makes it look like a painting. I like it!

very cool shot. I would personally rotate it 90 degrees (when I turn my laptop sideways, I LOVE THIS SHOT- makes the crane look taller instead of longer). Well done.

very interesting. did you swing the mirror and then take the shot with the feather falling? I think it could have been neat to see a little distance between the feather and the mirror, but that's just me wondering. GREAT shot.

haha... cute. It's a great shot in the mirror, but I'm left wanting for what's seen through the front windshield- it's a bit distracting. It would have been nice to have a really pretty landscape, or sunset in the front... then could give extra weight to how much more precious the view in the rearview is.

Very nice. My only complaint would be the color- I'd love to either see a bit more saturation to make the beak pop out, or no saturation to make it black and white (since it's almost black and white already- it may pop more without the soft color from the beak). Very nice shot though.

Nice shot of the autumn leaves. I think there's too much car body in this shot- although with the title, I understand why you wanted some of it in the shot. But the color of the leaves are great and I want to see more of that, but the car blocks it. I hope you took some pictures of the leaves without the mirror/car because it looks like a great scene!

There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it

NICE! Great juxtaposition, and really creative. The shape of the candles (especially the way the work in the mirror is great). I'd love to see a full reflection without the basket blocking the reflection of the bases of the candles. Other than that, great shot!
