Hmmm. You've got a really nice shot goin on here, I'm just not sure what the story is. what's up with the lady in the van? What's she doing? I readily admit that I could be missing something really obvious, if not, I would have cropped her out entirely. the two girls, and the lighting and texture on the wet pavement are very nice!

I scored this one very high. I think it's interesting, fits the challenge, isn't a flower, etc. :-) My one real sticking point is that the whole shot seems slanted to the left, but maybe it is in real life as well?
