I don't think it looks too bad. I guess the only problem with working with this image in black and white is the mist. I think it throws the contrast a little but I agree it's cool to play with. I have others from this day, I just haven't had the time to upload them yet.

I think this image is unique in that it deviates from the classic landscape reflected in water theme. Additionally I feel that the title "Disconnect" is appropriate because the emotion of the boy's face differs from the emotion of his body language. The boy's face seems intensely serious while his body, with the feet rocked back slightly on the heels, emits anxiousness.
