quercusfoliiby skewsmeComment: Interesting image. Nice use of implied triangle. The centering makes it feel a bit static. |

HiddenTrianglesby TomCubisComment: Interesting image. While having the gem in the upper right is unconventional, it makes for a much more dramatic image. (I like it a lot.) I find the bright white band at the right distracting. |

nest constructionby idpComment: Interesting image. I like the bird poses. I think it's a bit overexposed as the back of the geese don't have detail. It also would have been better without the front reeds. (I understand there was nothing you could do about these.) |

Trillium Timeby linnyComment: Nice idea. However, the flower, especially the center, needs to be sharper. I would have also preferred the flower shifted to the left so it was "looking" into the frame instead of out of it. (I realize this may not have been possible due to the background.) |

Balancing act by IreneMComment: Very nice. The only thing I would have preferred is to see the blue extend all the way to the lower left corner as I find the white stripe a bit distracting. (I think you could have also cropped it out without degrading the image.) |

Eastern Bluebirdby cloudsmeComment: Good composition. It needs to be a bit sharper, especially the eye. I would have also liked to see it cropped from the top to above the crossed branches (eliminating the leaves in the upper-right corner. (It would also be better without the very bottom branch, but I realize you could not eliminate this.) |

What about me???by rstoskyComment: Good exposure as there is detail in both the white and black feathers. Unfortunately, the image doesn't work for me. The blue box is very distracting as is the orange roof. Also, the front curb "decapitates" the goose while the back curb merges with the neck. |

always greenerby tateComment: Excellent. Great use of wide-angle distortion. Very good exposure. It's too bad you couldn't remove the tree on the left edge. |
