Shyby anirenoComment: I like the device of framing yourself with your hands, though it looks less shy than precise or even show-offy to me. Regardless, it works well! |

in the elimentby nitro102Comment: I found the reflections in your sunglasses very distracting - mostly because they didn't seem to fit the 'feel' of the photo or its title; if there had been plants/trees there without the road, it might have worked better. Nice backdrop, though. |

blue sideby watermelon_junkieComment: Not sure why this is 'blue side' - there's no blue - and it looks like it's been edited fairly substantially. The editing hasn't left enough detail for me to really get a sense of you; it could almost be an ink blot. It's stark, but also unreachable, for me. |

My Portraitby MattOzComment: I like the contrast of colors, the green against the red, but they dominate the picture far more than you do. Your face is blurred and in shadow, and tinged by the adjacent colors in both directions. That may have been your intent, but I find it off-putting for the subject to be so - unsubject-like. The whole photo, really, seems to lack a focus, with the only thing not blurred in some degree being the brilliant but fairly undifferentiated green. My eyes "wow" on the green but they don't quite know where to stop and rest. |

HI! I'm Down Here!by BukiosComment: Interesting concept, but it didn't work for me. I had to scroll to see you - when the photo first appeared, all I saw was the blank white, and it still seemed to take up too much of the photo even realizing what your intent was. Also, I'm not sure why the grey look creeps in at the edges - something in the lighting? - but it's distracting. |

My head is in here somewhereby brentg3Comment: Is that supposed to be literal? I'm not seeing any reflections of you or hidden camera tricks, which is what I expected from the title. I'm not sure what I am seeing - they look like, perhaps, fake boulders, till you see what looks like a person-statue in the upper right. I'm not sure what I'm looking at a picture of, nor how it relates to you, in the end. |

Searching for Wonderland by pipedreamerComment: I like this. I'm not 100% sure even now whether I'm looking at you and someone else connecting, or at a mirrored shot; the angle to each face is such that it's hard to be sure, easy to see them as different, and yet in all probability a reflection. I love that, and the choice of black and white for this photo was a good one; I think color would have distracted, in this shot. |

Spare Parts?by kavamamaComment: Bravo. Attractive enough, but what made this a winner for me was the sheer novelty of the concept. I like the idea of a person as a puzzle! (I also like the fact that you played fast and loose with either two puzzles or a double shot of yourself - the eyes in the upper right corner are nicely positioned and it took me a while to realize that with a third eye in the lower left, something was weird....) |

Dark Eyesby AnnidaComment: I like the way you framed this shot - the angle works with the lighting to make it nicely dramatic. Beautiful! |

Self Enlightenment by jerrftComment: Nice, nice effect. Especially like the weird and interesting colors that the shot made out of your face, against the shadows/coolness of the background. |
